What is Blind Box?
A Blind Box is a sealed package that keeps the contents a mystery until you open it. Each box contains one randomly selected figure from the collection.
When you purchase a set of 12 boxes, you will receive 12 unique figures, each featuring a different design.
Alongside the standard basic figures, there are also rare "SECRET" figures hidden in the series.
Please Note: If your set includes a SECRET figure, it will randomly replace one of the basic figures in the set.

How it works?
After registering as a member on the website and successfully making a purchase, you will earn 1 point for every 1 AUD spent (excluding shipping fees).
Once you accumulate 100 points in your account, you can choose to redeem them for a $5 AUD voucher, which can be used to offset future purchases.
Please note: The in-store membership system and the website membership system are currently not connected.
Planet Pop World reserves the right of final interpretation regarding future changes to the points policy.
Do membership points expire?
Of course not — every purchase you make will be linked to your membership account, and your points will never expire. However, Planet Pop World reserves the right of final interpretation regarding future changes to the points policy.
Can I get membership points from Store purchases?
At this stage, it is not possible — our in-store membership points and website membership points are currently separate. However, we may consider integrating the two systems at an appropriate time in the future.

When will my order be shipped?
We will ship your selected items as soon as possible after the order is confirmed. This is typically completed within 1–2 business days.
